All orders are dispatched from our atelier and take around 2-5 days to arrive with you (you will receive DHL tracking details). We can confirm that our customers will not be charged customs fees.

We offer free and easy EU and UK returns/exchanges, please see our policy here.

⚠️ Please note, for the time being, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for orders outside of the UK and EU (including USA, Canada or AUS orders). If you are able to arrange your own return delivery, we will refund your order. 

We believe one size never fits all — which is why every Solai piece can be custom-tailored to your exact measurements, at no extra cost.

Here’s how it works:

1. Select your closest size and add the item to your cart.

2. Go to your cart and scroll down to the box labeled “Add a note to your order.”

3. Enter your measurements there (see below for what we need).

4. If you’d like a specific fit (e.g. oversized, snug, extra room around the waist), include that too — we’ll tailor accordingly.
