Spliced panels and exposed seams twist around the body, punctuated by raw edges, slashed open sleeves, and a draped side hem that folds like layered paper. Finished with scattered pearl and metal safety pin accents.

Each SOLAI piece is made to order in our own atelier in Galați, Romania, by our all-women team of skilled artisans. Learn more about the atelier →

We take pride in producing slowly, with intention — every garment is crafted with care, not mass-made. Our makers are paid living wages, and our studio is a creative haven, not a factory floor.

We work with sustainable materials, often reclaimed or recycled fabrics rerouted from landfill — because we believe in creating wearable art that respects & honours the earth that inspired it.

When you invest in SOLAI, you're supporting:

  • Ethical, small-batch production

  • Artisan craftsmanship

  • Regenerative materials

  • A sustainable, art-rooted alternative to fast fashion

We're committed to transparency and will soon introduce Product Passports — QR codes included with each piece — that reveal the item's supply chain, so you can see exactly where, how, and by whom it was made.

Our pricing reflects the true cost of thoughtful creation.
